Daniela Reidies is a German voice actress with a career spanning over three decades, during which she has lent her voice to hundreds of characters in anime, animated series, and films for the German-speaking market. Her work is characterized by a wide vocal range, allowing her to portray characters as diverse as young athletes, talking animals, and artificial intelligences.

Reidies began her career after completing her training at the Claire Hahn Acting School in Lübeck, and she has been active as a voice actor since 1990. One of her earliest and most iconic roles was providing the German voice for the titular character, Mila Ayuhara, in the sports anime Mila Superstar (known in Japan as Attack No. 1), a role she performed for 104 episodes.

Her extensive filmography features prominent roles in several major anime franchises. She is widely recognized as the German voice of Biyomon, the bird-like Digimon partner of Sora Takenouchi, across numerous Digimon seasons and films, including Digimon Adventure, Digimon Adventure tri., and Digimon Adventure: Last Evolution Kizuna. She also voices the pig Hawk in The Seven Deadly Sins series and its film, Prisoners of the Sky, as well as the spider-tank units Tachikoma in Ghost in the Shell: SAC_2045 and its predecessors.

Beyond anime, Reidies's voice is familiar from many other German dubs. She has voiced characters in major animated films such as Ice Age 2 and Zootopia (released as Zoomania in Germany). Her work also includes live-action series, where she is the German voice for actors like Kimmy Robertson (as Lucy Moran in Twin Peaks), Jaimee Foxworth (Judy Winslow in Family Matters, known in German as Alle unter einem Dach), and Kirsten Dunst in her early role in ER.

In addition to her on-screen voice work, Reidies has expanded her expertise to include dialogue direction. She has served as the dialogue director for the German dubbed versions of several anime series and films, including Log Horizon, Princess Principal: Crown Handler, and the second season of In Another World with My Smartphone.
