Caesar wears a distinctive red scarf recalling a Roman *focale* and occasionally a laurel wreath. She possesses expertise in Italian and Latin languages and in-depth knowledge of military history.

Before Ōarai's match against Anzio High School, Caesar trained her endurance by loading shells through a mock tank breech at home. During strategy sessions, she translated Italian technical documents about Anzio's P40 tank for Miho Nishizumi, providing key tactical insights. Caesar revealed a childhood friendship with Carpaccio, Anzio's vice-commander and Semovente tank loader, but chose not to use this connection for intelligence gathering, citing fairness and respect.
