Description
Henrietta de Tristain, Queen of Tristain, ascended the throne after her father’s death plunged the royal court into turmoil. Her mother, Marianne, withdrew from governance in mourning, compelling Henrietta to assume rulership. Childhood ties to Louise de la Vallière frayed under royal obligations, yet Henrietta yearned for authentic connection beyond ceremony. A romance with Prince Wales Tudor of Albion ended in tragedy when assassins claimed his life, driving her to pledge undying devotion to his memory, defying his final plea for her to embrace new love.

Henrietta bears short purple hair, teal-blue eyes, and a petite stature of 158 cm, often adorned in a purple cloak and white silk gown. Her water magic, a family legacy, channels through a staff, typically manifesting at Triangle-tier strength. She briefly attained Hexagon-level power through a ritual with Wales.

As a ruler, she champions diplomacy and her people’s welfare, though she arms her nation against threats like Albion’s post-Wales invasion. Strategic alliances define her reign, including dispatching Louise, Saito, and Tiffania to negotiate with Romalia’s pope. She later legitimizes Tiffania as Albion’s heir by bestowing Wales’ ring.

Emotionally entangled, Henrietta grapples with unspoken affection for Saito Hiraga, Louise’s familiar. Disguised at the Slepnir ball, she confesses her feelings, igniting tension with Louise. A magical mirror bridging her quarters to Saito’s residence enables clandestine encounters, culminating in a kiss, though Saito remains loyal to Louise. Despite wavering resolve, Henrietta reconciles with Louise and attends their wedding.

Her inner conflict between duty and desire surfaces in deliberations over a political marriage for stability, stalled by lingering attachment. She indulges in disguises and dances to “Fairy’s Lunch,” relishing horn-sheep soup. A lighthearted rivalry with Louise yields a competitive record: 29 victories, 24 defeats, and a single stalemate.
