Sherwin Revestir is a Filipino voice actor and scriptwriter based in Manila, Philippines, born on August 3, 1981. He is primarily known for his extensive work in the Tagalog dubbing of numerous anime series for Philippine television.

Revestir's career is marked by a high volume of voice roles across a wide spectrum of anime genres. He is particularly notable for voicing multiple characters within a single series, demonstrating significant vocal range. A prime example is his work on the The Familiar of Zero franchise, where he provided the voices for key characters such as Henrietta de Tristain, Montmorency, Siesta, and Tiffania Westwood across multiple seasons, including The Familiar of Zero, Rondo of Princesses, Knight of the Twin Moons, and The Familiar of Zero F. In a similar vein, he also voiced Louise Françoise Le Blanc de La Valliè in The Familiar of Zero F.

One of his most recognized roles is that of Ruiko Saten in the A Certain Scientific Railgun series and its OVA, a character he also voiced in the film A Certain Magical Index: The Miracle of Endymion as Shutaura Sequenzia.
