Kneesocks is a recurring antagonist in the anime series New PANTY & STOCKING with GARTERBELT, originally introduced in the predecessor Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt. She is the younger of the demon sisters, alongside her older sibling Scanty, and serves as a high-ranking demon commander from the Demon World. Under the direction of Daten City’s diabolical mayor Corset, the two sisters conspire to eliminate the angelic protagonists Panty and Stocking.

In terms of personality, Kneesocks is completely inflexible and always acts according to the rules, believing that strict order and regulations can solve the chaos of freedom. She is an intellectual who relies on elaborate traps and trickery rather than brute force. Despite her stern demeanor, she has a dorky side and blushes easily, a trait that contrasts with her red demon skin. Her unwavering commitment to structure makes her a methodical and predictable opponent.

Her primary motivation is the enforcement of Hell’s strict code of conduct. She views discipline and hierarchy as essential, and she derives satisfaction from imposing order on the unruly angels. This drive puts her in direct opposition to Stocking, with whom she shares a particular rivalry. Kneesocks is also deeply loyal to her sister Scanty, and the two work as a coordinated team.

In terms of abilities, Kneesocks can transform the knee-high socks she wears into a pair of demonic scythes known as Double Gold Spandex. These weapons, combined with her strategic mind and love of rules, make her a formidable enemy despite her occasional embarrassment.
