Ryan Bartley is an American voice actress who has built an extensive career lending her voice to numerous characters in English-dubbed anime, video games, and animated series. Born in Fort Worth, Texas, she began acting in theater, film, television, and radio as a child. Her passion for performance led her to attend the prestigious theater program at Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts in Dallas, from which she graduated early before relocating to Los Angeles to pursue her career professionally. She is also a graduate of the USC School of Cinematic Arts, where she majored in Cinema-Television Critical Studies and minored in Screenwriting.

In Los Angeles, Bartley found significant success in the field of anime voice dubbing. She is widely recognized for her role as Ram in the popular series Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World-, a character she has also voiced in the chibi-style spin-off Isekai Quartet and its second season. Her filmography includes a wide array of prominent titles. She voiced Makomo in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, Shoko Ieiri in Jujutsu Kaisen, Gilda in The Promised Neverland, and Komugi in Hunter x Hunter. She also took on the iconic role of Rei Ayanami for the 2019 redub of the classic series Neon Genesis Evangelion. Other notable anime credits include Tsubomi Takane in Mob Psycho 100 II, Takechiyo in Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon, Latina in If It’s for My Daughter, I’d Even Defeat a Demon Lord, Sana Futaba in Magia Record: Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story, Anne in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders, Chomusuke in KonoSuba, and dual roles as Yusa Nishimori and Misa Kurobane in Charlotte. Her versatility extends to playing younger male characters, such as Hyuga Hizashi in Beyblade Burst Sparking and a young Kyojuro Rengoku in the Demon Slayer: Mugen Train film.

Beyond anime, Bartley's voice can be heard in a variety of video games and Western animated productions. A notable recent role is Sage in the video game Sonic Frontiers. She is also the English voice of Plachta in the Atelier video game franchise, as well as Peony and Ilyana in Fire Emblem Heroes. Her work in animation includes voicing Young Zeta on Nickelodeon's Shimmer and Shine, Fluff the rabbit kwami in Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug and Cat Noir, Pompompurin in Hello Kitty and Friends Supercute Adventures, and Jay the blue jay in the Netflix series Treehouse Detectives. She has also contributed additional voice work to numerous major Hollywood films, including several installments in the Spider-Man, X-Men, and Avengers franchises, as well as The Boss Baby and Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle. In addition to voice work, Bartley has appeared on-camera in productions such as the Lifetime movie Queen Sized, the horror-comedy Halloweed, and the digital series L.A. Macabre.
