Description
Kiba spearheads the barbaric Kiba Army on Machine Island as a primary antagonist. His forces wage perpetual war against the Garan Army and the all-female Hachiryokaku (Aira Army), battling for control of the island's resources and segments of the Gravity Curtain machinery. This relentless conflict and excessive resource exploitation directly destabilize the Gravity Curtain, threatening planetary annihilation.

Aggressive, brutal, and reckless, Kiba possesses an intense obsession with combat. He relishes duels, particularly against formidable foes like the Mazinkaiser SKL, openly expressing eagerness during confrontations. This bloodlust overshadows all concern for consequences or loyalty. He demonstrates utter disregard for his subordinates' lives, readily sacrificing them. Planetary destruction via the Gravity Curtain's collapse holds no significance to him, and he explicitly dismisses warnings about it. His characterization includes implied misogyny, evidenced by capturing women from the Hachiryokaku for "sensual purposes" within his fortress.

Initially piloting the tank-mecha hybrid Bakuryuki, Kiba commands his army against rival factions and the newly arrived Skull Force. Witnessing the Mazinkaiser SKL's power, he attempts to recruit its pilots, Ken Kaido and Ryo Magami. Their rejection fuels his vendetta. During an assault on the Hachiryokaku, the Mazinkaiser SKL intervenes, decimating Kiba's forces. Kiba engages directly in the Bakuryuki but is decisively defeated after a fierce battle; the Mazinkaiser SKL slices the Bakuryuki apart, causing its explosion. Kiba is presumed dead after cursing his opponents.

Contrary to assumptions, Kiba survives the Bakuryuki's destruction, sustaining severe burns across his body. These injuries result in darkened skin, significant hair loss on the left side of his head, a scarred eyelid, and a blackened sclera in one eye. Driven by revenge, he infiltrates Garan's fortress. He locates Garan's loyal assistant, Himiko, and violently interrogates her to discover the location of the powerful Iron Kaiser. After obtaining the information, Kiba murders Himiko and seizes control of the Iron Kaiser.

Piloting the Iron Kaiser, Kiba proves highly adaptable despite unfamiliar controls, engaging the Mazinkaiser SKL in a significantly more balanced confrontation. He initially gains the upper hand during their aerial battle. However, the Mazinkaiser SKL unlocks its full power and deploys the Thor Hammer Breaker weapon, overpowering the Iron Kaiser and forcing it down. Ken Kaido then maneuvers the damaged Iron Kaiser towards the critical Gravity Curtain reactor core. The Mazinkaiser SKL impales the Iron Kaiser's reactor with its Ganzantou sword and unleashes the Inferno Blaster directly into the cockpit. Kiba is incinerated within the Iron Kaiser during the resulting explosion, which also destroys the reactor core, ending the planetary threat.

Visually, Kiba possesses slightly tanned skin, black and platinum blonde hair, black eyebrows, and black eyes. His attire consists of a purple scarf, black armbands, green pants with white outlines, and black boots. His appearance draws inspiration from Zuba-Ban, a character from Go Nagai's *Violence Jack* manga.
