Description
Makoto Aikawa is the Robo Master of Police Robo for the Blue Sirens, the second rescue team in the Machine Robo Rescue (MRR) organization specializing in police situations, road accidents, and criminal apprehensions. Hailing from a family with a strong law enforcement background—his father was a policeman—Makoto joined MRR to follow a similar path.
Known for his serious, disciplined demeanor and strict adherence to rules, Makoto is often perceived as a "cold guy." He exhibits leadership qualities and was appointed leader of the Blue Sirens shortly after joining. A competitive streak marks his early interactions with teammates like Taiyou Ozora, Ace Honou, and Daichi Hayami.
Outside rescue duties, Makoto briefly dates a doctor named Saotome, who suffers from an incurable illness, though the relationship ends quickly. Teammate Alice Beckham, the main pilot of the Blue Sirens' transport, harbors romantic feelings for him, sometimes displaying jealousy.
After his time with MRR, Makoto leaves to pursue further experience in law enforcement and rescue operations, taking Police Robo and the associated Bike Robos with him.
The Blue Sirens' team color is blue. Their emblem features police lights, olive branches, and a tire motif. The team's hand symbol represents "scissors," aligning with their focus on precision and intervention in high-stakes scenarios.
