Emily Williams is the professional alias of Emlyn Elisabeth Morinelli McFarland, an American voice actress known for her work in English-language dubs of anime series, particularly those produced in Singapore and for the Pokémon franchise. She is also credited professionally under names including Emlyn Morinelli, Elisabeth Williams, and Anna Morrow.

Her career in anime voice acting includes roles in several series dubbed in Singapore. She was part of the cast for the English dub of the anime Shutsugeki! Machine Robo Rescue, produced locally at Voiceovers Unlimited and directed by Brian Zimmerman, which premiered in Singapore in 2005. In this series, she provided the voices for the characters Alice Beckham and Makoto Aikawa. She also voiced the title character, Mirmo, in the Singaporean English dub of Mirmo Zibang!, which began airing in 2004. This dub was also recorded at Voiceovers Unlimited for MediaLink.

Williams is perhaps best known for her extensive work in the long-running Pokémon anime series. She joined the cast when Pokémon USA and TAJ Productions took over dubbing duties for the show. Her most prominent role in the series is that of Zoey, the friendly rival to the character Dawn in the Pokémon the Series: Diamond and Pearl season. She also became a primary voice for the long-standing character Officer Jenny starting from the ninth season. Her tenure on Pokémon continued through the fifteenth season, and after a hiatus, she returned to the series for Pokémon Ultimate Journeys: The Series.

Beyond these roles, her anime voice work includes voicing Tony Tony Chopper, Dr. Kureha, and Tashigi in the Odex dub of One Piece, as well as Alexis Rhodes in Yu-Gi-Oh! GX and Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V. She has also provided voices for characters in the animated series Chaotic.

In addition to her work in animation, Williams has an extensive background in voice-over for television commercials, with credits for campaigns including Hanes, Revlon, TripAdvisor, Royal Caribbean, and Dunkin' Donuts. She is also a stage actress and comedian based in the New York area, having studied and performed in improv and sketch comedy. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Emerson College.
