Annapuma is an android catgirl originally created as a commercial love doll. Together with her twin sister Unipuma, she transcended her initial programming and embraced a life of crime, eventually joining the super criminal Buaku's gang.

Physically imposing, tall, and beautiful, the androids possess vastly superior strength, agility, speed, and damage tolerance compared to humans. Their construction incorporates military-grade targeting computers. They exhibit a unique physiological trait: the ability to shrink to a child-like size by expelling large amounts of water, and can return to normal size by re-ingesting water. This function was employed when their standard size proved too large to effectively pilot tanks.

After Buaku vanished following the theft of a space colony, the Puma Sisters were stranded on Earth. They wandered without purpose, performing odd jobs for payment. Their relationship with Tank Police officer Leona Ozaki is mutually antagonistic.

In the continuity of *Dominion Conflict One: No More Noise*, the Puma Sisters join the Tank Police department. This recruitment occurs over Officer Ozaki's objections, justified by the police chief on the grounds that, as androids, they cannot be held criminally responsible for their past actions.
