Montse Segarra is a Spanish voice actor known for her work in Catalan-language dubs of numerous anime series and films. Her career is primarily documented through her contributions to the dubbing industry in Catalonia, Spain, where she has lent her voice to a wide array of characters across various genres and decades.

Segarra's voice can be heard in many notable anime productions from the 1980s and 1990s. Some of her most recognized roles include Kikuko Kusanagi in the series Mikan Enikki, Kimie Nakaoka in the film Barefoot Gen, Lara in the film Grey: Digital Target, and Chiren in the OVA Battle Angel. She also voiced the character Annapuma, one of the villain Buaku's android assistants, in the OVA Dominion Tank Police. Her other prominent roles include the elf Deedlit in Record of Lodoss War, Li Ling-Ling in 3x3 Eyes, and Kanuka Clancy in the first Patlabor movie.
