Description
The Penguin Emperor is the supreme leader of the Penguin Empire, a force of humanoid penguins from a parallel dimension. A malfunction in his interdimensional teleportation device stranded him on Earth. During this initial displacement, he encountered Rikantz Seaberry, a young orphaned by war. They traveled together briefly before he provided her financial assistance and left her in a settlement. After years of effort, he reestablished his empire on Earth.

His primary objective is the conquest and integration of Earth into the Penguin Empire's society. Though initially perceived as antagonistic invaders, the empire demonstrates conscientious behavior by minimizing property damage during confrontations and reducing erotic media proliferation. These actions gradually shift public perception, casting the empire as heroic figures and their opponents, the Daimidaler pilots, as disruptive forces. The emperor personally commands penguin-shaped robotic units against the human resistance.

He blends authoritative command with unexpected gentleness. Exhibiting the overtly perverse tendencies common to his species, he displays particular regard for Rikantz Seaberry, whom he nicknames "Ritz." This fondness manifests as remorse after outbursts directed at her and his acceptance of her into the empire despite her human origins. His leadership combines strategic acumen and tactical adaptability, enabling him to counter repeated opposition from Daimidaler pilots.

His narrative involves significant developments following pivotal conflicts. After initial battles against pilots Koichi Madanbashi and Kyouko Sonan, he gains a temporary reprieve when Koichi is presumed deceased in combat. This allows him to advance his societal integration agenda successfully. However, he subsequently encounters renewed resistance from former pilot Kiriko Kiyuna and her partner Shouma Ameku. The revelation of his backstory with Rikantz adds complexity to his motivations, framing his imperial ambitions within a context of interdimensional displacement and reconstruction rather than pure malice.
