Description
Ariel, the reigning Demon King and progenitor of the Taratekt species, emerged from a genetic fusion of human and spider DNA engineered by the scientist Potimas. This hybridization left her with a fragile, toxin-producing body and limited mobility, leading Potimas to discard her. Rescued by the angel Sariel, Ariel received nurturing care and mentorship during her formative years.

As the Origin Taratect, she commands all spider-type monsters, from Queen Taratekts to the Puppet Taratekts—Ael, Sael, Riel, and Fiel—who initially serve her but later ally with White after gaining redesigned forms and distinct personalities. Though mute, the puppets display individuality: Ael embodies stoicism, Sael shyness, Riel absentmindedness, and Fiel playful cunning.

Ariel’s early hostility toward White arises from White’s disruption of the Taratekt hive hierarchy. After repeated clashes, the two broker a truce that evolves into a familial bond resembling grandmother and granddaughter, uniting them to confront the world’s escalating collapse.

Her powers span elemental, spatial, and soul-corruption magics, enhanced by advanced cognitive skills like Thought Acceleration, Future Vision, and Probability Compensation. Ruler Skills grant her authority to manipulate the world’s System. Critical vulnerabilities include her Demon King title, which renders her susceptible to the Hero’s unique countermeasures, and her soul’s gradual decay from age.

In a future timeline, Ariel launches a war against humanity, branded a tyrant for her ruthless measures to counter planetary collapse. Her strategy balances survival against the System’s exploitation of mortal energy, demanding heavy sacrifices to prolong the world’s lifespan.

Post-System destruction, Ariel endures the planet’s restoration. While White remains bound to the god D, Ariel persists in the renewed world as a linchpin of the post-System era, her legacy cemented by her kin and her pivotal role in averting global annihilation.
