Movie
Description
Shalltear Bloodfallen is a true vampire and Floor Guardian of the first three floors of the Great Tomb of Nazarick, created by the Supreme Being Peroroncino. She possesses the appearance of a petite, fourteen-year-old girl with pale skin, crimson eyes, and delicate features. Her silver hair is usually tied in a ponytail with a large ribbon. She favors a soft black evening dress with a lace-trimmed ribbon, a short tailored jacket, and long lace gloves, and she uses breast pads to compensate for her flat chest. In battle, she dons red full plate armor that looks as if drenched in blood, complete with a swan-helmet and plume feathers. Her True Vampire form reveals a monstrous visage with a gaping circular maw, long tongue, glowing eyes, a hunched simian body with sharp claws, and a tattered dress.
Her personality combines extreme flirtatiousness, pride, and a deep sense of duty. She exhibits preferences for necrophilia and sadomasochism, frequently making advances toward undead creatures. She is sensitive about her small stature and can display surprising innocence in some matters. Prone to furious outbursts when failing or displeased, she readily eliminates unsatisfactory subordinates. Despite these traits, she is unwaveringly loyal to Ainz Ooal Gown and views Albedo as a rival for his affection. She often fantasizes about earning Ainz’s praise and dreads his disapproval, growing more cautious and vigilant after past failures.
Created by Peroroncino to reflect his interests in H-games, her fetish-based wardrobe and programmed preferences stem from his design. She shares a sibling-like rivalry with Aura Bella Fiora, who was created by Peroroncino’s older sister. In the past, she and Ainz often dealt with lone intruders in Nazarick, and she faintly recalls being killed once during a large-scale player invasion in YGGDRASIL.
During the events of the Isekai Quartet movie, a wormhole transports her to another world where she is rescued by the golem Pantagruel and brought to a village to reunite with other displaced characters. She later works in the nurse’s office alongside Rem, an assignment from homeroom teacher Roswaal L. Mathers, where she exhibits jealousy toward Rem due to her breast size.
Her relationships are defined by profound loyalty to Ainz Ooal Gown, a competitive rivalry with Albedo for his attention, and a general hostility toward large-breasted women such as Aqua and Rem. She once attempted to attack Aqua after feeling mocked but was stopped by Albedo. Her interactions with Rem are marked by envy and irritation, especially when Rem was chosen over Ainz for a desirable role in a school play.
