Their world has been invaded by the evil Emperor Nogo, who has sealed away the queen, and Candy's task is to find the legendary warriors known as the Glitter Force and help them collect the scattered Glitter Charms. These charms hold the power to free the queen and restore peace to their homeland.

In her natural form, Candy has a cute and distinctive appearance. She has very pale pink fur that can look white to the naked eye, complemented by two curly, yellow, pigtail-like ears that are secured with pink bows. Her eyes are dark blue and feature yellow wing-like markings near them, which accent the pink and yellow heart-shaped marks on her forehead. She has stubby arms and legs, a frilled pink collar around her neck, and a curly yellow tail that matches her ears.

Candy's personality is a blend of girlish enthusiasm and childlike vulnerability. She is very fond of fashionable things, including hairstyles, cosmetics, and playing dress-up. Despite being a child herself, she takes her duties regarding the Glitter Force seriously and can be a bit strict, often feeling frustrated by the over-enthusiasm and carelessness of the main character, Emily. However, her childlike nature means she is easily distressed and can be a crybaby when things do not go her way. Unfamiliar with human customs and society, she often relies on Emily to explain how things work on Earth, from school to everyday interactions.

Her most significant relationships are with the members of the Glitter Force. She stays with Emily, who is the first warrior she meets and becomes her closest companion on Earth. Despite their frustrations with each other, they share a deep bond of mutual concern and protection. When she feels left out and useless because she is not invited on a school trip, her intense feelings and desire to help manifest physically, generating the special charms needed for the Glitter Force to achieve a powerful new ability called Tiara Mode Torrent.

Candy's ultimate role is revealed in the series finale. She is the Miracle Jewel, a magical royal heirloom and the key to Jubiland's salvation. She becomes encased in a cocoon-like jewel and is reborn as Queen Candy, also known as Royale Candy. In this true form, she appears as a small human girl with vibrant blue eyes, blonde hair styled with large white feathery ornaments and a crown, wearing a frilly white dress and functional white wings. As Queen Candy, she actively aids the Glitter Force in the final battle against Emperor Nogo, using the Miracle Jewel to generate protective shields and communicate with the warriors. She takes part in the final group attack, Miracle Rainbow Burst, which defeats the emperor, fulfilling her destiny as the new ruler of Jubiland.
