Description
Margaret Liones, first princess of the Kingdom of Liones, is the daughter of King Bartra Liones and sister to Veronica Liones and the adopted Elizabeth Liones. Within the royal family, she embodies a gentle and caring disposition, reminiscent of Elizabeth. Initially perceived as cowardly for choosing imprisonment over resistance during the Holy Knights' coup against her father, this assessment was later proven false. She was held hostage within a chimera controlled by Vivian, forcing Gilthunder's cooperation with the traitorous knights.

Her defining relationship is with Gilthunder. As children, he vowed to become her personal knight. During the rebellion, she despised him for his apparent betrayal, unaware he acted under duress due to Vivian's hostage situation. After Meliodas exposed the truth and freed her from the chimera, she reconciled with Gilthunder. Their mutual affection deepened, culminating in a kiss before his temporary departure for penance. Following the New Holy War, they married and had a son named Chion.

Key events showcase her resilience. She remained within Liones Castle for protection during the Ten Commandments' invasion. When Vivian abducted Gilthunder, Margaret joined Hendrickson and Dreyfus on a perilous search. This journey exposed her vulnerability during a demon attack, highlighting her lack of combat skill despite wielding a rapier and wearing light armor. Determined to rescue Gilthunder, she reached a Druid Altar and encountered the Archangel Ludociel. She agreed to become his vessel in exchange for Gilthunder's rescue, leading to Ludociel possessing her body to confront Vivian. Ludociel noted her high compatibility with his powers during the possession. Margaret regained control after Hendrickson expelled Ludociel when the Archangel weakened during the battle in Camelot.

After the Holy War, she attended celebrations and witnessed Elizabeth's restored curse. When King Bartra proposed Meliodas and Elizabeth inherit the throne, Margaret and Gilthunder declined, believing themselves unsuited for rulership. Later, she expressed a desire for peaceful time with Gilthunder following prolonged separations.

Physically, Margaret is a young woman with light purple, slightly wavy waist-length hair and light brown eyes. During imprisonment, she wore a black frilled dress. For her journey to rescue Gilthunder, she adopted noblewoman's attire including a breastplate, cape, and rapier, though she lacked proficiency with the weapon.

Her abilities are non-combat oriented, with a recorded power level total of 110—primarily spirit (100) and minimal strength (10). Ludociel's possession revealed her latent affinity for high-level magic. Her hobbies include tea drinking and dancing, with Gilthunder noted as her emotional vulnerability.
