Dorothy Elias-Fahn, also known professionally as Dorothy Fahn, is an American voice actress with a prolific career in anime dubbing that began in the early 1990s. She has provided voices for hundreds of characters across various series and is also known by other pseudonyms, including Dorothy Melendrez and Johanna Luis.

Her extensive filmography includes a wide range of prominent roles. She is known for voicing Meryl Stryfe in Trigun, Naru Narusegawa in Love Hina, and several characters in the Danganronpa series, such as Sayaka Maizono, Chihiro Fujisaki, and Tsumugi Shirogane. She also voiced Nina Purpleton in Mobile Suit Gundam 0083, Kamiya Kaoru in the Bang Zoom! Entertainment dub of Rurouni Kenshin, and Konan in the Naruto Shippuden series.

Fahn's work extends to many of the roles listed. She voices Shuko Komi in the English adaptation of Komi Can't Communicate.
