Elan Ceres manifests as multiple distinct entities through Peil Technologies' interventions. The original Elan Ceres was selected by Peil's AI system, Peil Grade, to become the company's next CEO. To safeguard this asset and provide test subjects for Gundam development, Peil engineered "Enhanced Persons"—individuals subjected to memory erasure and facial reconstruction to mimic the original. These doubles attended Asticassia School of Technology and engaged in mobile suit duels on the real Elan's behalf.
Enhanced Person Number 4 operated as a third-year piloting student and Peil House leader at Asticassia. His cold, detached demeanor earned him the moniker "Prince of Ice," reflecting his solitary existence as a manipulated test subject stripped of personal memories, including his original identity and birthday. Initially perceiving Suletta Mercury as a fellow Gundam-piloting victim of technological "curse," he felt profound betrayal and jealousy upon learning she operated her unit pain-free. This drove him to challenge her in a duel. His subsequent defeat triggered fragmented memory recovery, but Peil deemed him a failure and eliminated him.
The real Elan Ceres then reluctantly assumed the Asticassia identity to advance Peil's corporate strategies. Displaying overt arrogance, he participated actively in schemes like publicly implicating Suletta's Gundam during an incubation party. Following Peil's collapse within the Benerit Group after the Quiet Zero incident, he resigned via a scathing letter condemning Peil's leadership. He later joined Jeturk Heavy Machinery, collaborating with Secelia Dote to rebuild and manage Asticassia.
Concurrently, Enhanced Person Number 5 activated. Outwardly friendly and smiling—yet retaining underlying darkness—he was tasked with acquiring Suletta's Gundam. After feigning kindness failed and Suletta rejected him, he allied with Earthian fugitives. He bonded deeply with Norea Du Noc, relating to her isolation, trauma, and fear of death. He intervened to halt her destructive rampage at Asticassia and later aided the mission to stop Quiet Zero, protecting Miorine Rembran and supporting the infiltration team. Post-conflict, he embarked on a journey to find Norea's childhood home using her drawings as a guide.
