OVA
Description
Tanaka is a young man overwhelmed by romantic rejection after his love interest Ikuko harshly spurns his birthday gifts of flowers and baseball tickets, demanding he never contact her. This devastation drives him to a suicidal impulse, prevented only by the intervention of supernatural entities Kaguya and Pipi.

Following Ikuko's hospitalization from an allergic reaction orchestrated by her lover Dr. Manami, and her subsequent murder, Tanaka's despair turns to vengeful fury. Kaguya offers him magical transformation into a female form, which he accepts to enact his revenge. Using this new appearance, he successfully seduces Dr. Manami's fiancé, Dr. Okabe, intercepting him during a jog and luring him to an apartment with the intent to expose the affair.

Learning of Ikuko's imminent cremation during this seduction, Tanaka abandons Okabe mid-encounter. He rushes to the crematorium wearing only undergarments, fights his way to her coffin, and tears open the lid. This act unleashes a burst of magical energy, transporting his consciousness to the spiritual Bridge of Dreams where he encounters Ikuko's soul. Demonstrating unwavering devotion, he crosses the bridge without hesitation or looking back, fulfilling the condition for her revival. Their reunion brings Ikuko back to life; they share their first kiss and embrace on Earth, later progressing their relationship with a mutual seduction inside an amusement park Ferris wheel.

In a subsequent storyline unrelated to Tanaka and Ikuko, another character, Satoshi, experiences severe romantic distress with his girlfriend Mika, leading to his soul becoming trapped within a video game. Kaguya and Pipi enter the game to rescue him, battling enemies including a tentacle monster embodying his repressed psyche. Tanaka does not appear or play any role in these later events.
