Description
Nat is a nine-year-old orphan who lived at Grace Field House Plant 3, one of the many foster children under the care of Isabella. He has short maroon hair and red eyes. Due to his relatively young age, he is classified by the farm as a "good quality" product, meaning his intelligence and health make him a valuable shipment for the demons.

In terms of personality, Nat is described as somewhat shy and timid, but he also possesses a confident side, particularly when it comes to his appearance. He is jovial and takes pride in his looks, including a prominent nose line that he is self-conscious about in a positive way. Despite his tendency to be easily intimidated, he demonstrates moments of bravery when the situation calls for it. He enjoys playing the piano, often entertaining his siblings with music, which suggests a gentle and creative side.

Nat’s primary motivation is survival and staying together with his family. He is not a leader among the children but is part of the group that learns the truth about the orphanage and participates in the escape plan. He successfully escapes from Grace Field House alongside the other children who are five years old and older, following the leadership of Emma, Ray, and the older kids.

His key relationships are with his fellow orphans. He is particularly close to the other younger children, such as Anna, Don, and Gilda, and looks up to the older trio of Emma, Norman, and Ray. He does not have any especially prominent individual bonds that are highlighted, but he functions as a supportive member of the larger sibling group.

In terms of development, Nat starts as a somewhat nervous and self-conscious child within the controlled environment of the orphanage. As the escape unfolds and he faces the dangers of the outside world, he begins to show more courage, though he remains one of the more cautious and less assertive characters. He does not acquire any special combat or survival skills; his main contribution is his loyalty and willingness to follow the plan.

Nat’s notable abilities are limited. He is proficient at playing the piano, which is a skill he uses to bring comfort and joy to his siblings. He has no supernatural powers or exceptional physical traits. His primary role is as a member of the younger generation of escapees, representing the children who rely on the older protagonists for guidance and protection.
