TV Special
Description
Mr. 3, known as Galdino, served as an Officer Agent within the Baroque Works criminal organization alongside his partner Miss Goldenweek. His power stems from the Clone-Clone Fruit (Mane Mane no Mi), granting him control over wax. He shapes this wax into offensive weapons, defensive barriers, and duplicates for combat strategy.

First appearing as an antagonist in the Arabasta Arc, his path changed after Baroque Works collapsed. During the Impel Down Arc, he forged an unexpected alliance with Monkey D. Luffy to escape the prison. This cooperation involved helping Luffy reach the deeper levels holding Portgas D. Ace, signifying a shift from adversary to ally in survival. His actions navigating the prison and aiding the breakout marked a pivotal point in his journey.

He later appears as a member of Buggy the Clown's crew in the "One Piece 3D2Y: Overcoming Ace's Death! Luffy's Pledge to His Friends" special. Sailing near the World Pirates' island, he provides Buggy critical intelligence about Byrnndi World's crew. He advises avoiding direct conflict, suggesting they let Luffy confront the main threat while positioning themselves to claim credit, demonstrating his reliance on cunning. On the World Pirates' ship, he supports Buggy's indirect assistance to Luffy, creating diversions and using his wax to navigate shifting hallways manipulated by Gairam's Kyubu Kyubu no Mi powers.

His relationship with Bentham (Mr. 2 Bon Kurei) evolved significantly. Initially viewing Bon Clay as an irritant during Baroque Works, Galdino developed deep respect following Bon Clay's sacrifice at Impel Down. He regarded his own actions in the Marineford conflict as avenging his "fallen friend," revealing a bond forged through shared adversity.

Cover stories confirm his survival after the timeskip and his continued association with Buggy's Delivery operations.
