Leading a trio with Bela and Belo, he embodies calm intellect, offering stability and familial guidance despite their clashing views on humankind. Operating within Libra’s divided city—navigating the perilous Outside district and opulent Upper Town—he meticulously prioritizes human safety. Humans consistently shun him upon witnessing his true monstrous appearance, yet he persists in their defense, driven by an aching desire to experience mortal life and embrace death. His abilities encompass superhuman agility, heightened senses, teleportation, electrokinesis for electrical manipulation, and transformative combat prowess in his monster state.
After pivotal events in Libra involving a major antagonist's defeat, Bem parts ways with Bela and Belo.
