During Street Fighter II, Ken competed while Eliza stayed behind. Learning of his progress, she traveled to Thailand to surprise and support him at the tournament, leading to their marriage soon after. In *Street Fighter II: The Animated Movie*, depicted as Ken's girlfriend, she declined his marriage proposal during a drive in his red Porsche 911 Turbo, prompting Ken's terse reply and an aggressive driving maneuver.

In the *Street Fighter IV OVA: The Ties That Bind*, Eliza discovered her pregnancy but delayed telling Ken. She was kidnapped by C. Viper under Seth's orders to lure Ryu. Ken rescued her, and she revealed her pregnancy; during their escape, she witnessed Seth brutally attacking Ryu.
