Noeli Santisteban is a Brazilian former voice actor, recognized for her work on numerous anime series and films during the 1980s and 1990s. She was born in São Paulo and is a graduate of the University of São Paulo's School of Dramatic Arts. Before entering the world of voice acting, Santisteban worked as a theater actress and was also involved in music, writing songs and performing with her brother in the duo Chantilly.
