TV-Series
Description
Sarasvati, alias Saras, is a vampire ninja commanding authority within her clan, including over Seraphim. She initially places a contract on Eucliwood Hellscythe for attracting Megalos entities, assigning Seraphim to execute it. This contract is later revoked after events involving the sealing of the Underworld gates. A long-term resident of the human world, she operates under the alias Kirara Hoshikawa, maintaining a dual identity as the idol Lovely Kirara and serving as head maid of a cafe managed with her comrades.

Her appearance features long black hair, crimson eyes, and an attractive physique, often described as less curvaceous than peers like Seraphim or Yuki Yoshida. She typically wears a school uniform. Casually, she favors a sleeveless cardigan over a frilled white tank top with a black ribbon, paired with a red skirt and boots. Her idol persona adopts a Gothic outfit with a corset, frills, a belt, boots, symbolic vampire wings, and a loosely worn dark overcoat emphasizing her shoulders.

Personality-wise, she commands authority with stern professionalism and impatience, especially concerning objectives like her idol career or managing subordinates. She exhibits aggression and a sadistic streak during her Kirara Hoshikawa idol performances. While enforcing clan traditions, she challenges norms through her idol activities, demonstrating open-mindedness. Beneath a cold exterior lies kindness; she defends allies like Seraphim, Haruna, and Ayumu Aikawa against threats like the King of the Night and permits subordinates personal freedoms. Her romantic interest in Ayumu begins with attraction to his physique, evolving into overt affection. She openly declares her love, calling him "My Dirty Darling," and presents a marriage certificate based on clan custom after an indirect kiss, which she interprets as binding. This relationship progresses from initial stalking tendencies to mutual camaraderie by the conclusion of the series' second season.

Within the narrative, she operates the cafe where Ayumu participates in challenges, organizes concerts he attends, and intervenes critically during conflicts, such as Eucliwood Hellscythe's disappearance. Her story arc concludes in the light novels with her restarting high school and solidifying her bond with Ayumu.

Her abilities encompass standard vampire ninja skills: teleportation, swordsmanship, and ninjutsu. She specializes in water manipulation, forming blades or controlling water for combat, and demonstrates proficiency in martial arts, notably subduing Ayumu. Additional talents include violin performance, linked to her background in her clan's orchestra.
