Description
Nené Sakurada, a five-year-old in the Sunflower class, is both classmate and friend to Shinnosuke Nohara. She frequently orchestrates games of "real house" where divorces and arguments feature prominently, always demanding the mother role. Through pressure or blackmail, she recruits boys to participate, typically casting Masao as her unsuccessful salaryman husband. This frustrates Shinnosuke, Bo, Kazama, and especially Masao. When Masao is absent, she occasionally assigns Shinnosuke the husband role instead.
Outwardly polite and sweet, Nené harbors a fierce temper inherited from her mother. Her anger manifests by hitting a stuffed bunny; without it, Masao often becomes her target. She nurses rivalry toward Ai Suotome, growing jealous when boys favor Ai over her.
Nené owns multiple pet cats and enjoys watching *Magical Girl Moe-P*. As a Kasukabe Defense Organization member, she joins group activities with friends.
Her dynamic with Shinnosuke mixes closeness and friction: she scolds his behavior and he fears her, yet they share a strong bond. She invites him on outings with her mother and showed visible distress when he nearly moved away. At times, she vies with other girls for his attention.
Nené maintains close ties with Masao, often pairing with him when the group splits. Alongside Shinnosuke, she sometimes scolds or lightly bullies Masao, making him cry.
She clashes with Kazama’s serious nature, dragging him into disliked imaginative games. She may display jealousy when other girls interact with him. Bo shares a supportive friendship with her, marked by mutual understanding.
