Yolanda Mariana Ortiz de León is a Mexican voice actress and dubbing director, recognized for her extensive work in the Latin American Spanish dubs of numerous anime series and films. She is a member of the Asociación Nacional de Actores (ANDA). Ortiz comes from a family with a strong tradition in dubbing; she is the daughter of the late voice actress Araceli de León and the mother of voice actress Verania Ortiz.

Ortiz's career is marked by a wide array of prominent voice roles in anime. She is widely known for providing the voice of May in the Pokémon anime series for several seasons and in multiple films, including Pokémon Ranger and the Temple of the Sea and Pokémon: Lucario and the Mystery of Mew.
