Ramenman, also called Victory Ramenman, saw the Cobra Gang murder his father Somenman in childhood. Rescued from this tragedy, he underwent twelve years of rigorous training under master Chen Zongming. This apprenticeship in the Essential Battle Dragon style of Chojin Kung Fu granted him vast martial prowess, mastering over a thousand techniques. He then journeyed across martial arts disciplines alongside his young sidekick Shumai, driven by vengeance against his father's killers. Debuting as a Brutal Chojin, Ramenman entered the 20th Chojin Olympics infamous for mercilessly killing opponents. His fatal match against Brockenman, ending with a Camel Clutch that tore his foe apart, cemented his place among the "Three Brutal Chojin" alongside Brockenman and Curry Cook. Despite this ring ferocity, he displayed courtesy outside combat, refusing weapons and showing kindness to young fans while remaining hostile to persistent interviewers. His semi-final defeat by Kinnikuman proved pivotal. After Kinnikuman escaped the Camel Clutch unconventionally and won, Ramenman felt profound remorse. He pleaded for Kinnikuman to take their match seriously, shedding tears of blood and renouncing his brutal ways. This loss sparked his transformation into a Justice Chojin, defined by wisdom, stoicism, and honorable combat. He later refereed the Blood Illusions vs. The Machineguns match, intervening to enforce rules against weapon use. Severe head injuries from Warsman's Bear Claw attack left Ramenman comatose. He resurfaced under the alias Mongolman, hiding his identity behind a mask made of healing tree bark. In this persona, he partnered with Buffaloman to form a tag team for the Universal Chojin Tag Tournament, creating destructive collaborative techniques. Though now committed to justice, flashes of his former brutality occasionally emerged, as seen during clashes like the one with Motorman. Later, Ramenman mentored Mantaro Kinniku (Kinnikuman's son) and the New Generation of Justice Chojin. His fan popularity earned high rankings in character polls, including first place in the series' second poll. This acclaim inspired a dedicated spin-off series exploring his early adventures. His popularity was humorously acknowledged in the main series when Gokuman expressed envy, wishing for his own series titled "Tatakae!! Gokuman." Plans for a Jackie Chan live-action adaptation were proposed but unrealized. Ramenman's legacy includes appearances across media, such as the video game "The Explosive Chojin 102 Gei" and collectible figures commemorating his iconic battles.
