Description
Warsman, born Nikolai Volkov to human mother Natasha Volkova and cybernetic chojin Mikhailman, endured tragedy when his father self-destructed during a cybernetic berserker rage. This event left Nikolai with a biomechanical face that provoked relentless bullying. He concealed his features under a bag while caring for his terminally ill mother. Following her death, the Soviet SKGB recruited him, offering to develop his abilities. He survived their brutal training regimen, which claimed many lives, and formed a bond with fellow trainee Kommandas. Discovering the SKGB's intent to weaponize chojin, Nikolai attempted escape. Kommandas, transformed into a remorseless cyborg, intercepted him. Guided by Robin Mask (disguised as Mr. Barracuda), Warsman killed Kommandas to survive. Robin Mask then brought him to Japan for further training.
Introduced as a mute, ruthless Soviet competitor in the 21st Chojin Olympics, Warsman communicated solely through mechanical breathing sounds. He wielded lethal tactics like the Bear Claws retractable iron claws and the Screw Driver technique, defeating opponents including Teapackman and Pentagon. His brutality culminated in a Steel Cage Casket Death Match against Ramenman, whom he critically injured. A pivotal shift occurred when Bibimba accidentally collided with him; he shielded her from Robin Mask's retaliation, revealing unexpected empathy. His confrontation with Kinnikuman became a turning point. When Kinnikuman refused to use the Bear Claws against him, Warsman destroyed his own claws in a gesture of respect. This defeat triggered a psychological transformation, restoring his speech and setting him on the path of a Justice Chojin.
As a Justice Chojin, Warsman joined the Idol Chojin, maintaining his calculated and sometimes brutal fighting style. He forged a strong bond with Bibimba, who perceived his inner turmoil. His relationship with Robin Mask evolved from fear and obedience into mutual respect, solidifying as the tag-team Chojin Master/Student Combo. He fought in critical conflicts like the Scramble for the Throne, where he died but escaped the Chojin Graveyard to aid Kinnikuman's ascension. Later, he mentored Robin Mask's son, Kevin Mask. Disguised as "Chloe," he trained Kevin during the Chojin Olympics: The Resurrection Arc, establishing deep trust. He continued protecting Kevin covertly, even time-traveling to fight alongside him in the Ultimate Chojin Tag Tournament.
During the Perfect Origin Arc, Warsman faced Polarman. His mask was removed in this match, triggering intense trauma related to his disfigurement. Overcoming this fear, he fought unmasked, demonstrating newfound confidence. His abilities include rapid combat analysis via artificial intelligence, earning him the moniker "Fighting Computer." However, his systems overheat after 30 minutes, emitting smoke and reducing effectiveness. The Bear Claws remain his signature weapon, though he shifted from lethal to tactical use after becoming a Justice Chojin.
Warsman's appearance features a black full-face mask and helmet, dark armor, and boots. Unmasked, he reveals blond hair, one human eye, and biomechanical components. The "Warsman Smile" manifests on his mask when confronting formidable opponents.
