Description
Mint Blancmanche pilots the GA-003 Trick Master Emblem Frame with remote "Fliers" as the third member of the Moon Angel Troupe. Standing 123 cm tall with light blue hair, she possesses a distinctive second pair of white rabbit-like ears above her normal ears. These unique ears grant her innate telepathic abilities to read surface thoughts, a family trait that initially fostered distrust due to exposure to insincere intentions.

The sole heiress to the immensely wealthy Blancmanche Company conglomerate, Mint experienced a sheltered upbringing. She underwent rigorous grooming in resource management and strategic analysis to inherit the family empire, skills later making her the tactical "brains" of the Angel Troupe. Restrictive expectations from her father, Darno Blancmanche, ultimately drove her to run away and enlist in the military. Her compatibility with an Emblem Frame led to induction into the Angel Wing, though her father saw her military role as a potential intelligence source.

Initially presenting a refined, polite demeanor reflecting her aristocratic background, her telepathy fostered underlying cynicism and reluctance to form deep connections. Mint harbored a secret passion for cosplay, especially full-body animal costumes, which she concealed out of embarrassment. Her sheltered life also fueled a fascination with artificially flavored junk food and simple pleasures like candy, contrasting her noble upbringing. Despite initial distrust, she gradually formed bonds within the Angel Troupe and demonstrated loyalty during missions.

Her character development significantly involved commander Tact Mayers. She initially quietly doubted his leadership but later confided in him about familial burdens, easing her anxieties. During a critical resupply mission to her home planet, Darno forcibly detained her, leading Tact to intervene. Tact's refusal of a bribe and insistence on Mint's autonomy impressed Darno, partially mending family ties and allowing Mint to continue serving aboard the Elsior. This reconciliation was marked by Mint giving Tact a light kiss on the cheek.

In later conflicts against Prince Eonia and the Black Moon, Mint played pivotal roles. During the final battle, she proactively deployed all Trick Master fliers to clear a path for the Elsior. Post-war, she retired from the Angel Wing to join Tact’s expeditionary fleet. Subsequent storylines explored ongoing challenges in her relationship with Tact, particularly her struggles to communicate emotions without telepathy and fears of abandonment during his workload or perceived closeness to others like Chitose or Lushati. A significant conflict arose when Tact was forced to shoot down her sabotaged Trick Master to prevent enemy capture, causing him guilt and her temporary medical transfer. Despite this, she consistently returned to active duty.

Her telepathic abilities remained integral, such as persuading the Black Moon administrator Noa to cooperate against the supercarrier O-Gaub. During the assault on the O-Gaub, Mint’s peak synchronization parameters designated her as the primary pilot for Unit 07 alongside Tact, requiring a mutual promise of survival. Her growth included gradually overcoming communication barriers and actively maintaining family correspondence, reflecting increased emotional maturity.
