Nicole Bouma is a Canadian voice actress, born in Vancouver, British Columbia, on April 24, 1981, who has been active in the industry since 1999. She is strongly associated with Ocean Studios in her hometown, where she has lent her voice to numerous English dubs of anime series and animated productions.

Bouma is perhaps best known for her long-running role as the gentle and dreamy Mint Blancmanche, a titular crew member she portrayed across the entire Galaxy Angel anime franchise, including Galaxy Angel A, Galaxy Angel S, Galaxy Angel X, and Galaxy Angel Z. Another prominent role was as Momoko Akatsutsumi, the leader of the superhero trio in the anime adaptation Demashita! Powerpuff Girls Z, where she voiced the character Blossom. In the Mobile Suit Gundam metaseries, she provided the voice for Meyrin Hawke in Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny and later took on the role of Nena Trinity in Mobile Suit Gundam 00.

Her filmography includes a wide range of other credits. She voiced Mai in Popotan and appeared in the first season of Shakugan no Shana as Matake Ogata and Marianne. In the long-running series InuYasha, she voiced several characters including Shiori, and she played Ai in the fourth film, Fire on the Mystic Island. Her repertoire also includes roles such as Ayame Sarutobi in Gin Tama, Rena Lanford in Star Ocean EX, and Miyuri Akisato in Starship Operators.

Throughout her career, Bouma has frequently collaborated with a consistent group of fellow voice actors based in the Vancouver talent pool, including Tabitha St. Germain, Trevor Devall, Brad Swaile, Cathy Weseluck, and Brian Drummond.
