ONA
Description
Alisa is a secondary protagonist in the stop-motion series, working as a part-time summer employee at the Pokémon Resort. She is presented as a confident, capable, and multi-talented young woman who takes on a variety of roles around the resort, often serving as an informal mentor to the main character, Haru. Her demeanor is consistently positive and easygoing, embodying a stark contrast to Haru's initial anxiety and self-doubt.

Alisa is portrayed as something of an ace, skilled in numerous diverse activities. She is an artist, seen painting a large carp decoration in the resort's gardens, and also acts as a stylist, personally selecting the work attire for a new employee. She demonstrates remarkable physical prowess, including rock-climbing skills that she developed during her junior high school years, which she uses to scale a cliff to communicate with a reluctant guest's Graveler. Her natural way with Pokémon is a key part of her character; she handles a variety of species with ease, from a small Hoppip to a large Dragonite, and commands the respect of even the larger and more powerful Pokémon guests. Her own partner Pokémon is a female Mudkip, which she is often seen training to improve its Water Gun attack, using it to help water plants around the resort.

Throughout the story, Alisa's primary role is to support and guide the new concierge, Haru. She is a steadying presence who offers practical advice and encouragement, pushing Haru to discover her own unique strengths rather than comparing herself to others. When Haru expresses a wish to be as capable as Alisa, Alisa counters by telling her that the important thing is to find something she is great at and to master it. She plays a key role in Haru's development, and by the end of the first season, she is the one to affirm that Haru has found her own special talent. Her key relationships are with her fellow resort employees, including the fitness instructor Tyler and their supervisor Ms. Watanabe, with whom she works as part of a small, tight-knit team dedicated to the well-being of their Pokémon guests.

Alisa's notable abilities are extensive. Beyond her physical skills and artistic talent, she has a deep practical understanding of Pokémon behavior. She is able to deduce that a Pidgeot that crashes into her painting is simply a city Pokémon needing to let off steam in a more open space. She also shows great empathy and problem-solving skills, such as when she patiently convinces a trainer's Graveler that it is time to leave the resort by promising it can return in the future. Her confidence and competence make her an invaluable and versatile member of the resort staff, always ready to assist with any task, from guest relations to physical labor.
