Description
Rudeus Greyrat originated as a nameless 34-year-old Japanese NEET, a recluse traumatized by severe high school bullying involving public stripping, being hung naked at the school gates, and photographed. Following his parents' deaths and his refusal to attend their funeral, his siblings evicted him. While wandering the streets, he sacrificed his life pushing teenagers from an oncoming truck. He reincarnated into a fantasy world as the newborn son of Paul and Zenith Greyrat, retaining all past memories. Resolving not to repeat past mistakes, he embraced his identity as Rudeus Greyrat and vowed to live purposefully.

Physically, Rudeus had light brown hair and green eyes at birth, reaching an average adult height of 175 cm with a muscular build despite his focus on magic. A mole under his left eye mirrored his father's. Later, he acquired heterochromatic eyes after replacing both with demon eyes from Kishirika Kishirisu, one granting foresight. His hair temporarily whitened due to mana exhaustion after battles but regrew normally. He favored practical, worn gray robes during adventuring years, adopting more refined clothing in adulthood.

Personality-wise, Rudeus displayed extreme self-awareness and humility, fearing a relapse into his former arrogance and reclusive nature. Trauma from his past life manifested as childhood agoraphobia, overcome through mentorship. He prioritized kindness and fierce loyalty to friends and family, reacting aggressively to threats against them. His moral compass, influenced by his Japanese upbringing, made him hesitant to kill, though this waned in life-threatening situations. A defining trait was his intense perversion, including public affection toward his wives and compulsive behaviors, while remaining monogamously devoted. Despite his power, he frequently underestimated himself, experiencing combat tremors until pivotal confrontations hardened his resolve.

Rudeus demonstrated exceptional magical aptitude early, performing voiceless incantations by age three. Trained by the demon mage Roxy Migurdia, he became a Saint-tier Water Mage at five. He befriended the half-elf Sylphiette, protecting her from bullies and tutoring her in magic. At seven, Paul sent him to tutor his cousin Eris Boreas Greyrat in Roa. Rudeus earned her trust by foiling a kidnapping plot, their relationship evolving from hostility to mutual reliance. During the "Metastasis Event," a mana catastrophe teleported Rudeus and Eris to the Demon Continent, where they allied with Ruijerd Superdia of the ostracized Superd tribe. Forming the adventuring party "Dead End," they undertook missions to rehabilitate Ruijerd's race's reputation, earning Rudeus monikers like "The Owner of Dead End." Guided by the enigmatic Hitogami, Rudeus obtained a foresight eye from the demon empress Kishirika.

Returning to the human world, Rudeus reunited violently with Paul in Millis, straining relations with his half-sister Norn. After reconciling, he rescued his other half-sister Aisha and stepmother Lilia in the Central Continent. A confrontation with the dragonkin Orsted left Rudeus near death; Eris nursed him back to health, and they consummated their relationship. Eris then departed to train independently, leaving a note misinterpreted by Rudeus as rejection, triggering severe depression and erectile dysfunction. Following Hitogami's advice, he enrolled at Ranoa Magic University, reconnecting with Sylphiette (disguised as "Fitz"). Their relationship healed his trauma, and they married. Later, joining Paul's search for his missing mother Zenith, Rudeus battled hydras in the Begaritt Continent, losing his left arm. He also married Roxy after rescuing her from a labyrinth. A future version of Rudeus revealed Hitogami's manipulations, prompting him to ally with Orsted to thwart him. He reconciled with Eris, marrying her as his third wife.

In adulthood, Rudeus fathered six children: Lucy (with Sylphiette), Lara (with Roxy), and Sieghart, Lily, Christina, and Ars (with Eris). He established a household in Sharia, implementing a strict rat extermination policy after Hitogami used one to nearly kill Roxy. He founded a personal religion worshipping his three wives as goddesses, humorously remaining its sole adherent. His combat prowess earned titles like "Quagmire" (ranked seventh among the Seven Great Powers) and "Hero" for defeating immortal demon kings like Atofe. Despite declining physical prowess with age, he supported Orsted's efforts against Hitogami, who shifted focus to targeting Rudeus' descendants. Rudeus died naturally at 74, ensuring his family's safety through strategic alliances.

Notable quirks included naming his limbs (e.g., "Hulk" for his right arm) and creating figurines; breaking a Roxy statue triggered violent retaliation. He formed a short-lived fan club for Norn but was expelled after bathing with her. He mastered Human, Beast God, Fighting God, and Magic God tongues, attempting to learn others.
