Description
"No-Rin" centers on Kosaku Hata, a high school student and aspiring farmer who idolizes the pop idol Yuka Kusakabe. When Yuka suddenly retires from the entertainment industry, Kosaku is devastated. However, his life takes an unexpected turn when Yuka transfers to his school under the name Ringo Kinoshita, hiding her true identity. She enrolls in the agricultural program, seeking a fresh start away from the pressures of fame. Kosaku, initially unaware of her true identity, becomes entangled in her new life as she navigates the challenges of rural living and farming.
The narrative explores the dynamics between Kosaku, Ringo, and their classmates, who are all part of the agricultural program. Ringo’s lack of experience with farming leads to humorous and often chaotic situations, while Kosaku’s dedication to agriculture and his growing feelings for her create a central tension. The story delves into her struggles with her past as an idol and her efforts to find purpose in her new life. Kosaku’s unwavering support and their shared experiences in the agricultural program gradually bring them closer, blending romance with the unique backdrop of farming life.
