A small IT company employee named Akari Fukuta conceals a deep-seated violent nature beneath a carefully maintained facade of social conformity and decency. She learns that a female colleague was forced to resign due to sexual harassment within the workplace, with the perpetrator, Kita Hiroshi, continuing to work unpunished. This revelation ignites a simmering rage within her.

After protesting the unjust situation to her superiors, Fukuta finds herself targeted for transfer and removal. Realizing she will be the next one pushed out, she resolves to eliminate the harasser herself. In a snowy provincial city, she corners Kita Hiroshi and a struggle ensues during which he falls into a well. Fukuta chooses not to save him and walks away. Having become a killer, she then works to cover up her crime and becomes involved in an illegal cannabis cultivation business, fully crossing the line into the criminal underworld. The story follows her transformation from a quiet office worker into a criminal operating outside the law.
