She can use only two types of magic, Heal and Shield, but her FPS-honed aim and reflexes make her capable as an infantry soldier when necessary.

As the war escalates, Touri participates in disastrous campaigns including the Sylph Offensive and the Mashdelle Retreat, where she is left behind by her allies but escapes with a companion. Promoted to medic sergeant after the army reorganizes, she finds the war expanding into a global conflict. During a northern decisive battle, she volunteers for a decoy unit when the enemy attacks the medical headquarters, marrying a fellow soldier named Rodley Law and changing her name to Touri Law before going missing in action. Near death, she escapes to the Sabato Federation but is later captured on suspicion of being a spy.

After cooperating to suppress a revolutionary movement, Touri returns home and rejoins the military medical corps. When enemy forces launch a surprise attack, she temporarily takes command despite being a medic and shoots down an enemy ace. Promoted to second lieutenant and then major after becoming a national hero, she is assigned command positions meant to keep her away from the front lines. As the war reaches its climax and the enemy is cornered, Touri accepts an unconditional peace treaty that brings the conflict to an end. After the war, she continues serving as a diplomat and investigator, using herself as a tool to expose covert operations long after the fighting has ceased.
