He awakens reincarnated as Michio, a slave laborer in a slum wasteland known as Scrap Island or Garbage Dump Island, a place where violence and exploitation rule everything. Stripped of his rank, weapons, and former identity but retaining his ruthless survival instincts and brutal military training, Mr. War begins a new war. Armed only with his intellect and combat techniques, he starts from the very bottom of this hellish society and begins his climb toward dominance. In a world where the strong prey on the weak, the battlefield has merely changed its appearance, and Mr. War never loses.

The story is a vertical manga, also known as a SMARTOON, created by story writer Hajime Tange, with art by Piro and vertwo. It was released on the Piccoma platform starting July 6, 2025. The narrative follows Michio as he navigates the violent hierarchy of Scrap Island, using his past life expertise to overcome the oppression he faces and carve out a path to power from the lowest rung of society. A short anime adaptation launched on the DMM TV streaming platform on March 17, 2026, with Tetsuya Kawakata voicing the main character Michio.
