Yuri, a first-year high school student with a tomboyish streak, finally enrolls at Hibari Technical High School, driven by a single dream to one day build a really cool bike. However, her aspirations are immediately derailed when on her very first day, she gets unwillingly dragged into a violent altercation involving Roa Akamatsu, one of the four notorious second-year troublemakers known as the pack of wolves that rule the school. This chance encounter puts a target on her back as her terrified classmates begin avoiding her, fearing association with the delinquent.

The story follows Yuri as she finds herself increasingly entangled with Roa and the other three boys who complete this infamous group, all of whom have sketchy reputations within the technical school known for its rough atmosphere and skewed male-to-female ratio. Beneath her tough exterior, Yuri seems to be hiding something from those around her, adding a layer of mystery to her character.
