Mashiro Mizuno is a first-year student at a prestigious art high school who genuinely loves fine art and possesses a sharp, aesthetic eye for appreciating beauty. The critical problem, however, is that his own creative execution and artistic sense are so disastrously bad that he is on the immediate verge of failing and being held back a year. Worried about his future, Mashiro agrees to attend a special remedial summer class designed to save his grades. To his surprise, the instructors for this intensive course are not teachers but a group of exceptionally talented girls from his own class. The story follows Mashiro as he struggles to improve his practical skills under their unique and demanding guidance, blending scenes of artistic instruction with romantic comedy as he navigates both his precarious academic standing and his relationships with his gifted peers.
