Norito Yonezawa is a low-energy high school student with little interest in the real world around him. Despite his apathetic nature, he finds himself unable to stop thinking about his classmate, Hochiya. She is his complete opposite, a girl who eats whenever and wherever she wants, displaying a complete lack of regard for those around her. For reasons he cannot explain, Yonezawa simply cannot look away from her uninhibited behavior. The story unfolds as a school-life comedy with romantic and suspenseful elements, centering on this odd pair and the dynamic that develops from Hochiyas messy, gluttonous habits and Yonezawas growing, reluctant fixation on her.
