The heir to a noble house, Selim, once made a pact with a demon and transformed into a fiend, slaughtering the people of the royal capital and aiding the devils invasion of his kingdom. He was eventually slain by a hero, and after his death, the devils overthrew the capital and destroyed the entire kingdom. Trapped and forced to witness the fall of his homeland, Selim suddenly finds himself years in the past, returned to his fourteen-year-old self.

A mysterious transparent panel appears before him with a message: he has become a seeker, and by doing right things and accumulating virtue, his level will increase. A daily quest demands acts of kindness, urging him to resist the demons temptation and accumulate virtue. Even negative thoughts deduct experience points, forcing him to carefully navigate his second chance at life. Using his healing powers, Selim brings comfort to townsfolk, earns experience, and unlocks new abilities. As his good deeds accumulate, so too do the allies who rally to his side. He already possesses strength and power from his previous life, but now he realizes that was not enough. By leveling up through virtue, he resolves to change the future destruction awaiting him and lead his kingdom toward a happy ending.
