Manga
Description
In a near-future Japan, the story moves from space colonies to a high school setting in Kanagawa Prefecture, where Asticassia High School replaces the original's space academy. The narrative centers on a chance meeting between Suletta, a newly transferred student, and Miorine, the daughter of a prominent local family. While the original anime focused on political intrigue and mobile suit duels, this spin-off reimagines the characters' dynamics through a gentle slice-of-life lens where Miorine struggles to find a direction or dream for her future.

In response to Miorine's uncertainty, Suletta makes a simple but transformative proposal: "Wanna help me fill out my list of things I wanna do?". This offer becomes the emotional engine of the series, transforming an empty bucket list into a shared journey of self-discovery. The two girls begin working through various activities and experiences together, gradually building a friendship that challenges both of them to grow beyond their established roles. Suletta's earnest and somewhat clumsy personality contrasts with Miorine's more composed demeanor, creating a balanced dynamic that drives their interactions.

Beyond the central pair, the manga introduces familiar characters from the original series reimagined as high school students. Notable supporting figures include Guel Jeturk, Elan Ceres, and Shaddiq Zenelli, who appear as representatives of rival houses within the school environment. These characters maintain their competitive edge from the original series but channel it through school-based rivalries and interpersonal drama rather than life-or-death conflicts. The Earth House also appears, with Suletta eventually carrying their hopes during key school events.

The narrative progresses through episodic chapters that explore different items on the bucket list while building toward larger school events. A significant early arc involves the Benerit Convention, a school festival-like event where students participate in Mobile Crafts matches, low-stakes mechanical competitions that echo the original's dueling culture. During this event, Suletta finds herself carrying the collective hopes of her peers as a match reaches its tense conclusion. These competitions serve as the manga's primary source of conflict while maintaining the focus on character relationships and personal growth.

Written by HISADAKE of Morion Airlines, who contributed setting cooperation to the original anime, and illustrated by Hiro Hata, the series follows Suletta, Miorine, and their friends as they navigate the ordinary joys and challenges of youth. The manga transforms the franchise's signature themes of connection across boundaries into a story about friendship, self-discovery, and the simple courage of filling out a list of things you want to do with someone who matters.
