A mysterious establishment known as the Life Consultation Center Alcard appears without warning in the neighborhood of Kaminidobiki. Those who find it are greeted by a pale-faced gentleman named Alucard and his servant Renfield, who claim they can fulfill any wish in exchange for a part of the client’s body. The price varies: fingers, arms, the nutrients from one’s bones, a voice, eyesight, a stomach, youthfulness, or skin — each sacrifice enables a different desire to be granted. The first client is Riko, a girl living in a garbage house, who asks to see the mother who abandoned her home. Other clients come with their own desperate reasons, trading pieces of themselves to achieve what they believe they cannot obtain by ordinary means.

Alucard himself is an immortal gentleman, a figure of supernatural mystery, and the centerpiece of a horror series that began with the earlier work Ryōki Densetsu Alucard: Shikkoku no Shinjitsu-hen. This new chapter, Fushi Shinshi Alucard, follows the same episodic pattern: each story presents a new client, the price they must pay, and the often unsettling outcome of their wish. The series weaves together themes of desperation, the value of the human body, and the dark bargains people make when hope runs thin. Over the course of its run, the manga explores eight such encounters, building a chilling portrait of a world where a supernatural counselor can offer salvation — but never without a cost.
