Ataru, a young man who loses his life in an unfortunate incident, is given a second chance when a god bestows upon him three unique abilities: a gun of his choosing, the power to freely create bullets, and all-seeing magical eyes. Reincarnated in a fantasy world, he quickly discovers that firearms are unheard of, making him the only gunner in existence. Upon arrival, he rescues a beastwoman named Caro from slavery, and the two form a close bond. Together, they join an adventurer guild, where Ataru's extraordinary skills quickly set him apart.
