Jacka is a young rabbit boy who spends his days imitating the television heroes he admires, but he stands out from other children because of a large beetle-like horn growing from his head. He lives in a peaceful town with his friends Topo and Algernon, who join him in his pretend heroics. The story takes a turn when an unprecedented massive tornado is discovered to be approaching their home. Discouraged after a series of troubling events, Jacka sinks into low spirits. However, when his friends and the townspeople face imminent danger, he must rise to the occasion. The manga unfolds as a neo-heroic fantasy, following Jacka’s journey from a disillusioned child to a genuine protector, confronting the catastrophic storm and the challenges it brings.
