Tiara has served the Leris Empire since childhood, using her healing powers as a saint to treat the wounded and sick day after day, often to the point of exhaustion. Unlike previous saints, her power does not emit a holy light, and the court has long harbored suspicion toward her. One day, Second Princess Isabelle, who despises Tiara, accuses her of being a false saint and has her expelled from the imperial court. Far from being devastated, Tiara is relieved finally to escape the grueling labor and constant hostility. She thanks her accusers and prepares to leave.

Before departing, Tiara encounters her old friend Alex, who reveals he is actually Prince Alex of the neighboring Ekwald Kingdom. Learning of her exile, he invites her to come to his land. Tiara accepts and begins a new, carefree life in Ekwald, where her genuine saintly abilities are recognized and valued for the first time. In Ekwald, she assists the people through her healing while forging a warm, supportive new home. Meanwhile, the Leris Empire, having lost its true saint, begins a rapid decline.

As the story progresses, Tiara discovers a talking grimoire left by a great sage in the royal library and, together with Alex and Lindsay, a descendant of the great sage, works to decipher its secrets. In a desperate bid to reclaim Tiara, the empire resorts to summoning a demon, reviving the ancient threat known as the Scarlet Demon Baal, which endangers Ekwald’s peace. Tiara, Alex, and their allies must confront this danger to protect the kingdom they have built.
