In the lawless Thai port city of Roanapur, a haven for mafia, cartels, and every shade of criminal, Frederica Sawyer works as a freelance cleaner, disposing of bodies that no one wants found. Her preferred tool is a chainsaw. The series follows Sawyer’s day-to-day life as she takes on disposal jobs, often accompanied by her fellow freelance acquaintances Shenhua and Lotton, and occasionally interacting with familiar faces from the main Black Lagoon cast such as Revy and Rock. The stories blend dark humor, graphic horror, and action, occasionally veering into the surreal or fantastical. Notable arcs include Sawyer and her allies boarding a ghost ship and encountering a mysterious creature, a vacation at a paradise spa that turns into a chainsaw battle against an alligator, a contract issued to eliminate Lotton, and a major crisis when Bunny, the caretaker of Roanapur’s public cemetery, is kidnapped by international terrorists, forcing Sawyer and her crew to travel to London to rescue her.
