Description
Tough-guy high school student Samejima Tetsuo lives alone with his 38-year-old father, Aoi. There is nothing unusual about that except that Aoi looks and acts like a cute little girl—a fact that draws unrelenting attention from men who cannot believe their eyes. Tetsuo spends his days fighting off hordes of lecherous admirers and protecting his father, while Aoi remains blissfully unaware of the chaos his appearance causes. The first three chapters of this collection continue the absurd comedy that began in the spin-off material from the series Midori no Hibi, adding new layers to the father-son dynamic and the relentless gag of a grown man who is mistaken for a young girl.
The fourth chapter, Koshoten Yakou Funsenki, follows bookshop owner Kinoshita Yakou, who is reluctantly running his father’s rare bookstore. His resentment turns to confusion when a mysterious and attractive woman arrives, claiming to be a book detective and telling him he must give up the shop to pursue his family’s secret heritage.
The fifth chapter, Full Scratch Eiji, centers on Yoshizaka Eiji, a former figurine-making otaku who was once famous in the hobby community under the name E-Model. After a rejection for being too obsessive, he reinvents himself as a cool, popular student. His new life is threatened when an enthusiastic, clumsy girl recognizes him as E-Model, forcing him to try to silence her before his secret is exposed.
The final chapter, Otone no Naisho, introduces a young samurai girl named Otone who inherits her late father’s dojo. As the dojo faces threats of closure, she comes into possession of a talking katana with a perverted personality. The sword’s lecherous comments and unexpected abilities create both trouble and opportunity in her quest to keep the dojo alive.
