College student Kouta Enatsu is an Alpha, but unlike his peers he has little interest in Omegas or sex. He lives next door to Ryunosuke Miyanaga, a heavily tattooed, intimidating man with a motorcycle and a piercing stare. Kouta assumes Miyanaga is a fellow Alpha and avoids him as much as possible. One day a strong, sweet scent drifts through the wall. Kouta, who is usually unable to perceive Omega pheromones, can smell this one clearly. Certain that his neighbor has brought an Omega home, he steps outside and collides with Miyanaga himself, clearly in heat. Miyanaga is an Omega, and in his desperate state he bluntly demands to use Kouta’s body. The encounter leaves Kouta shaken, but his protective instincts begin to stir.

Miyanaga is a loner who relies on heavy suppressants to hide his secondary gender. His tough appearance masks a vulnerable and lonely interior. Kouta, a “peculiarity Alpha” whose pheromone sensitivity is limited, gradually becomes drawn to the man behind the fierce façade. What starts as an awkward physical arrangement slowly deepens into genuine affection. Kouta struggles with his desire to mark Miyanaga, while Miyanaga wrestles with past trauma and the fear of being seen as weak. Their relationship faces external pressures from other Alphas and societal prejudice. Over the course of the story, both characters grow: Kouta learns to embrace his protective feelings and Miyanaga learns to accept care and trust. Their bond transforms from a heat-driven encounter into a committed partnership, culminating in a tender resolution where Kouta finally marks Miyanaga as his own.
