Karen Miyama is a Japanese actress and voice actress born on December 12, 1996, in Tokyo, Japan. She is affiliated with the talent agency Horipro.

Miyama began her career in entertainment as a child actor, making her stage debut in 2002. She gained early recognition and won the 40th Nikkan Sports Drama Grand Prix (The Television Drama Academy Award) for Best Supporting Actress and Best Newcomer for her role in the 2004 television drama The Way We Live. Her early voice acting work includes a role in the 2004 film Naruto the Movie: Ninja Clash in the Land of Snow. She continued to build her career in both television and film, with appearances in live-action adaptations such as Cherry Maruko (2006) and Yamada-kun and the Seven Witches (2013).

In animation, Miyama's first leading role was providing the voice of the title character Momo Miyaura in the 2011 anime film A Letter to Momo. She is widely recognized for her role as Ichika Usami, also known as Cure Whip, the main character in the 2017 television series Kirakira Pretty Cure a la Mode. She has reprised this role in numerous Pretty Cure film crossover events, including Pretty Cure Dream Stars!, Pretty Cure Super Stars!, Pretty Cure Miracle Universe, and Hugtto! Pretty Cure Futari wa Pretty Cure: All Stars Memories.

Her other notable anime roles include Maika Chōno in the Aikatsu! franchise, appearing in Aikatsu Friends! and Aikatsu on Parade!, Alicia in the 2016 series Endride, and Kanna Kamakura in the 2021 film Hula Fulla Dance. In 2022, she voiced the character Charlotte in the television anime Insect Land. Her voice acting filmography also includes roles in FLCL Alternative and Haikyu!! Land vs. Air. Beyond original animation, Miyama has also contributed to Japanese dubbing for foreign films, providing voices for characters in productions such as Okja and Spider-Man: Homecoming.
